DICTATION OF CASEY SHAPES

WE HAVE TO DICTATE THE SHAPE TO OUR BUDDY AND THEY HAVE TO WRITE THE CASEY SHAPES.  THEY HAVE TO GUESS THE LETTER NAME.












WE WERE HELPING OUR BUDDIES IF THEY WERE STUCK. SOME OF THEM WERE SUPER CLEVER!!

We made our shape art on the paper and traced around the shape with a pencil. Then we had to use a crayon and go over the outlines and colour in. After that we had to dye our shape art and leave it to dry. Viola!! They look so beautiful. We love our shape art- crayon and dye. We love them!

Reading fun

We have been trying to make a tent using different materials and we had to try to make it stand up. We have to use our problem solving skills. We used paper, sticks and cellotape but it fell off. So we tried playdough to hold the sticks. It worked!! We are making a leaf boat with paper and we tried making a leaf boat with a real leaf. Some are reading books to a group of friends and others are listening carefully.
